Ideally, the DPC model is structured to emphasize and prioritize the intrinsic power of the relationship between a patient and his/her family physician to improve health outcomes and lower overall health care costs. The HRP-DPC contract fee structure can enable physicians to spend more time with their patients.
 
As a member of HRP-DPC, you are automatically entitled to certain privileges and benefits, all while paying a low and affordable monthly rate. Perks of membership include 24/7 direct access to Dr. Lewis via email, texts, and virtual visits. You will also enjoy extended visits that are never rushed—you will truly feel heard and have time to talk about your medical concerns. Same day and next day appointments  are always available. Your membership includes unlimited visits and emails with Dr.Lewis and Health Coachs. You will also receive help and advocacy from Dr. Lewis regarding any needed specialty care coordination.
 
Monthly membership fees paid by patients .
Patient fees cover extended visits, clinical,and consultative services, care coordination, and comprehensive care management
Membershp includes labs, anytime, at cost plus administration fees.
We do not accept insurance or participate in government programs, relying solely on patient fees.
After first purchase you will be billed monthly installements of $60.00. 
You may cancel your membership at any time. We only request that the office be notified electronically or in writing at least 30 days in advance. If your membership had already been paid in advance for a full a year, a refund will be given at a prorated rate.
